About Me

I am a loving father of three, a free diver, an amateur baker, and a long-distance runner.

I am a start-up growth business consultant, helping founders and leaders to scale right at the first time. 

Throughout my career, I’ve managed people and organizational aspects in tech companies for more than twenty years, with more than a decade as an executive in fast-growing start-ups. Backed by Sequoia, Pitango, Team8, Citi, Lightspeed, Bessemer, and other tier one VC’s. 

My cliants grow from Seed to Growth stage and beyond. I have developed my expertise while working with companies focused on Cybersecurity, Digital healthcare, Insuretech, Agrytech, Could computing, IoT, and Fintech mostly with Fast growing SaaS B2B companies. 

I have successfully worked with founders to design, and execute Sales, CS, and Marketing strategies, Worked with CTOs and CPO transferring R&D from team to a well-functioning group and designed team structure, DNA, culture, interfaces, KPI’s, ceremonies, and playbooks. I was instrumental in transforming the business and supporting the company scale, mentored the leadership team members, and worked closely and successfully with CEOs and other C-suites as their Organizational Growth Expert, Trusted Advisor, and Sounding Board.

I bring extensive experience working with founders. In the past few years, I’ve had hundreds of coaching sessions, spoken with thousands of candidates and employees, participated in multiple rapid-growth organizations, and worked closely with CEOs and start-up leadership teams.

In addition to holding an MSc in human resources management, I have played in the Israeli start-up arena with hands-on experience in almost every situation
